Membership Agreement

This Membership Agreement ("Agreement") governs the relationship between The ReStart Initiative's Community of Practice (CoP) and its valued members. By joining the CoP, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.
Professional Conduct:
-Members of The ReStart Initiative CoP will uphold the highest standards of professional conduct. They will treat fellow members, partners, and stakeholders with respect, fairness, and courtesy.
-Members will demonstrate integrity, honesty, and transparency in all their interactions within the CoP.
Collaboration and Cooperation:
-Members are encouraged to actively engage in collaborative efforts, fostering an environment of cooperation, mutual support, and shared learning.
-Members will contribute their knowledge, skills, and expertise to benefit the collective success of the CoP.
Confidentiality and Privacy:
-Members will respect the confidentiality of sensitive information shared within the CoP, ensuring the privacy and trust of fellow members.
-Members will obtain appropriate consent before sharing or utilizing any confidential information provided by other members.
Non-Discrimination and Inclusion:
-The CoP embraces diversity and inclusivity. Members are expected to treat all individuals with dignity and respect, irrespective of their race, gender, age, religion, disability, sexual orientation, or other protected characteristics.
Carte-Blanche Service Guarantee:
-The ReStart Initiative is committed to providing an exceptional experience for its members. If you are not satisfied with your membership, we offer a reimbursement of 100% of your initial registration cost within the first 30 days.
-It is important to note that ReStart is not responsible for any policy or procedure of third parties that may negatively impact members' income, processes, or expectations.
ReStart Member Contributions:
-ReStart's Community of Practice is dedicated to serving our members. The revenues generated by ReStart retail vendor transactions are allocated to support our members through equity sharing.
-While we strive to provide projected outcomes, it is important to understand that these outcomes are not absolute guarantees.
-We utilize ReStart's proprietary systems on behalf of our members to facilitate transactions and create opportunities.
-ReStart contributes 25% - 40% of retail vendor payments to the membership feeder funds, further benefiting our members.
-Currently, fund payments are processed through Stripes for electronic contributions.
-Contributions are scheduled to be electronically transferred within 40 days after receiving vendor payments and sales reports.
-ReStart reserves the right to electronically additional contributions in varying amounts to its members. In the event of substantial i increases that exceed internal ratios, we will initiate a contribution pulse."
-Please note that ReStart Initiative LLC and ReStart Initiative's Community of Practice cannot guarantee individual income for our members.
Member Authorization to Support:
-Members acknowledge that ReStart will provide assistance, communication, and updates utilizing various mediums of ReStart's choice. -Market development, sales development, and organizational support are jointly implemented by The ReStart Initiative, LLC and the ReStart Community of Practice Social Architects.
Ownership of Confidential Information:
All confidential information shared by either party, member, or ReStart, will remain the exclusive property of the respective owner
-No patent, copyright, trademark, or other proprietary right is licensed, granted, or otherwise conveyed by this agreement from one party to the other.
By becoming a member of The ReStart Initiative's Community of Practice, you signify your acceptance of this Membership Agreement. We encourage you to review these terms carefully and reach out to us if you have any questions or concerns.
